Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned unused, unwashed and in the original packaging.

2. How to report a return
Send an email to nfo@thebonnetfactory.nl with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you further instructions for returning the product.

3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation within 7 business days. The purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that return costs are at your own expense, unless it concerns a defective or incorrectly delivered product.

4. Exceptions
For hygienic reasons, used or damaged items cannot be returned unless they are defective upon delivery.
